A teenager was killed and four adults were injured in a shooting near Claremont Park on Saturday night, police say.
At 9:07 p.m., police responded to a report of multiple people shot near 1625 Webster Avenue.
Upon arrival, officers located an unresponsive 17-year-old boy with a gunshot wound to the chest.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police canvassed area hospitals and found four additional victims who were all in stable condition, including a 31-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the leg, a 28-year-old woman who was shot in the leg, a 25-year-old man who was shot twice in the leg, and a 24-year-old man with gunshot wounds to the buttocks and leg.
No suspects are in custody and an investigation is ongoing.
