At about 11:30 p.m., officers responded to a 911 call of a person shot at Hegemen Avenue and Linwood Street.
When officers got to the scene, they found the victim with a gunshot wound to the chest.
EMS responded to the location and transported him to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Those 2 cops did a great job with that young man by keeping him up and i don't even like police. But i do know all cops are not bad cops
