NYPD officials said a man exited the car and fired shots, striking both teenagers before getting back in the vehicle and fleeing the scene.
The 18-year-old was shot in the back and the 17-year-old was shot in the back and armpit.
EMS personnel transported the victims to an area hospital, where they are both expected to survive their injuries.
