Woman Killed, Eight Injured, in Rollover Crash

Summary
A woman receiving treatment inside an ambulance died after it rolled over in a collision on Sunday, officials said. Eight others suffered minor injuries.
Emergency personnel responded to multiple reports of an overturned ambulance at Avenue N and Schenectady Avenue around 3 p.m.
Crews arrived to find an ambulance on its side and a person trapped inside.

So many cars racing in out of traffic today. Twice today 2 small cars zoomed in front of me and cut me off today. One guy cut from far left by kings plaza all the way to the right speeding!

@KevinLaffey that’s what happened to me. License suspended for 18months and had to pay 3.5k. There’s no doubt that I learned my lesson.
If you look at surveillance video I t’s very clear the sedan hit the ambulance as ambulance was going straight with sirens on
@janetpurr agreed with Janet. The volley ems driver is like to face serious fines and possible jail time over this. Your supposed to proceed with caution through the red light. Not blow through it like it doesn’t exist.
Smh!! People need to pay attention & have to yield to an Emergency vehicle they clearly not paying attention, music is high, on the phones, etc.
