Just to clarify this guy's injuries were definitely life-threatening. He was transported in Traumatic Arrrest. For those that don't know what that is it means that his heart stopped pumping due to a blunt Trauma. The survival rate is very very low on that.

@BBQBEERFREEDOM no actually. The Mayor sucks. No one wants him. However, the NYPD and prob every other police union has a habit of not policing whenever there’s consequences for bad policing. The main problem here is the unions. If crime is going up for 12 months straight, why isn’t anyone getting fired? Some would say, what about the budget cuts? To which I’d reply what about some pay cuts..
