I would automatically have anyone with 2 accidents in a 6 month period retake the road test
@melo69 how about this? Put speed cameras on belt pkway bqe and prospect expressway. Tag with a ticket anyone over speed limit. 4-5 tags license suspended with fines. These immature animals will stop racing
