Horrible circumstances, fire hydrants not working on Empire, trying to get water from side street. Oil and dangerous chemicalS stored, cars all over the sidewalk for months, years. Oil leaking out of building storing cars. No follow up from many reports and complaints. V High highly toxic right now. Very dangerous! Why did NYC Dept of building Ignore this?

Landlord has responsibility here as well, neglected property with many violations obvious and allowing this situation to turn in huge hazard endangering community and Fire Fighters. No way to tell the lung damage done yesterday.
