What is going on with this...its an everyday occurrence on the LES...what is Con Ed doing about this???
@chefkat646 Nothing except raising up the prices on the few people that are still actually paying the utilities these days
This is right in front of my apartment. There is an odor of burnt rubber coming up from the potholes and the lights in our building have been flickering on and off for awhile now. Not sure why FDNY left when problem remains?
