At around 9:44 a.m., police responded to the corner of 3rd Street and Palou Street following reports of a shooting.
According to the SFPD, Units arrived to discover three men who had sustained gunshot wounds.
Paramedics arrived at the scene and transported two of the men to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The remaining 40-year-old man was pronounced deceased at the scene after emergency responders attempting lifesaving aid.

My dad said it was a 42-year-old man. Senseless act as someone noted above no one owns these streets which is true what you believe to be your block is owned by others. Stop fitting into the stereotypes of what they expect POC to be our communities suffer daily and this added stress doesn’t help. Praying for this man’s family, no one should die on the floor as other look on. Not everyone will agree with me and I understand that but this has happened for so long people become numb to it and that SHOULDN’T be the way.
