@Rothenberg Bay Rdge has gone to hell but not just because of losers speeding their cars!
He must’ve been flying down the block. The crash was LOUD. I ran outside and saw the Grand Cherokee on its side. Called 911 immediately, then went down to the street to see my neighbor helping the driver up out of the passenger side door. Then the driver just stood on the sidewalk and looked at his SUV until the cops arrived. He didn’t flee, like the OP said.
I heard that the car was coming from the wrong way on 4th Avenue.
@Ashleyo222 you heard wrong. He was driving the right direction, just too fast.
