Man Killed in Queens Village Stabbing, Three Critically Injured by Unknown Means, Suspect in Custody

Summary

A man is dead, three others are in critical condition and one is in custody after an incident in Queens Village in an incident which was initially treated as a potential HazMat situation.

Early Thursday morning police responded to 220-20 Hempstead Avenue where they found a 72-year-old man with an apparent stab wound to the torso. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
