I think it was a kid, I saw a woman carrying a child into a car that sped off towards kings county hospital. Family followed in second cop car a few mins later
@elliebelly1 I just read in the news it was a 4 year old and they are in stable condition
people need to slow down !! i can’t believe some of these drivers are allowed behind the wheel
