There’re plenty of wealthy socio & psychopaths out there...who take no responsibility for their mental illness...don’t seek proper treatment & destroy the lives of innocent people (like Jeffrey Epstein)...they’re a much greater threat than some of the homeless out there challenged by mental illness. Besides, try losing everything, hitting rock bottom & becoming homeless & not developing a mental illness.
Tell that to people who gets stabbed, robbed and raped daily. And guys like JE should be locked up and he was but not soon enough.
Or, NYC will loose its appeal for investors, businesses and employees alike. It will loose most of the people who pay taxes, etc.
