19-Year-Old Woman Killed in Triple Shooting

Summary
A 19-year-old woman was killed and two men were injured after they were shot in the Fordham Manor section of the Bronx on Monday morning, police say.
Officers responded to 2647 Jerome Avenue around 7 a.m. for a report of a shooting.
Upon arrival, units discovered three people who had been shot.
All three were taken to a nearby hospital. One of the victims, a 19-year-old woman, died from a gunshot wound to her torso.
The other two victims were a 28-year-old man shot in the arm and a 30-year-old man shot thrice in the body. Both are in stable condition.
No arrests have been reported. Although it was initially reported that the suspects may have fled in a gray Acura MDX, this is unconfirmed.

A 19 year old young woman died. This is just too much. Something needs to be done to clean up these areas. I’m grateful to be leaving the BX but I pray for my family (in laws) that are still here and the children my son goes to school with.
