Is it normal for a helicopter to be deployed for a pedestrian struck , maybe it was a hit and run and they’ve got the guy
@goyop the man who hit her stayed at the scene and is still there. Definitely didn’t flee
I hope all are ok. Cycles and the amount of Dekalb and the amount of people who double park are scary.
I walked pass there at 9:15 and the scene was still taped off. Police were taking measurements and picture. They had a Citibike delivery van in the roped off area with the driver inside. Praying that the cyclist is OK.
