Time to shut down the park at dusk. Like the signs say. No one's doing anything good in a park at dark.

Shooter won't be caught. Nothing will change. City and police leadership barely care about this city at all.
Even if they so get caught, mosby will under charge then a liberal judge will release the teen back to their mommy and no jail time
