I live in an area where people commonly walk by my house and light their lighter and throw matches as a threat. I think some of these fires are started by criminals following through with their threat.

The unit was under construction and empty, thankfully. The owner is on her way home now. She lives/lived in the bottom floor and the middle floor was airbnb.
