4:32 AM, WEDNESDAY – Firefighters responded to a report of a water main break at the Bedford Avenue (L) Station. (L) Train service was disrupted between Lorimer Street & Manhattan while the break was resolved. Video showed water flooding the street, and first-responders on the scene. By 5:12 water had been turned off. By 6:26 AM, firefighters reported that they were de-watering the scene. The FDNY declared the situation under control 6:58 Officials told Citizen that (L) Train service has been resumed. An excavation is underway to determine the source of the leak.
