Who do many mentally ill no proper medical treatment and all this freaking shelter making the city unlivable is not to expect less. This is so frustrating. Put those shelters in an area close to highways where those don’t hurt our communities. Make the justice system stronger. If mentally it send them to do time at psychiatric hospital, follow up .
Is he okay
I believe this is the same guy who tried to rape a lady on July 3rd and was released the same day. God bless our justice system!!!
Thanks DiBlasio
