dogs in distress and are unnecessarily rough with them to “control” them. And on multiple occasions I witnessed dogs slipping
in the cages. They have mixed dogs up and sent them with the wrong owners. Because of lack of training, the bathers don’t know how to handle
cages to dry. Then they stack them in the back in crates until they get haircuts or get picked up. At least one dog died from over heating
