A 911 caller has reported an unconfirmed incident at N Vermont Ave & Santa Monica Blvd.

Suspect's a male, Hispanic, 5'9", 980 pounds, blue jersey with the number 5 on it, white earlobes and blue jeans. Possible weapon use is a silver revolver. Information incident 446.

The shooting suspect was last seen heading westbound. He's described as a 5'9" Hispanic man, 180 lbs, with wide earlobes, wearing a blue jersey with the number 5 on it.

Updated reports confirm that at least 31 people have been injured after a vehicle struck a taco cart and a crowd in East Hollywood.

The majority of victims have been transported to the hospital, and at least 120 firefighters are on the scene. As many as five people are critically injured, with up to 10 others in serious condition.

An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the vehicle driving into the crowd.

Updated reports say the driver was shot after hitting the crowd and has been taken to the hospital. At least seven people are in critical condition.

People reportedly pulled the driver out of the vehicle and began to punch and kick him after the crash, according to reports.

Police now describe the shooter as a Latino man, 5'6"-5'7", 150-170 lbs, last seen wearing a blue Dodgers jacket, a light blue jersey with the number "5," and blue jeans, according to NBC News. He has gauges in both ears and a goatee as well. Photos of the suspect have been released.

Also according to NBC News, at least 37 people were injured in this deliberate crash.

The gunman wanted for shooting Fernando Ramirez, 29, the accused driver, has been identified by police as Efrain Villalobos, 28.

Villalobos allegedly walked up to the crowd, attacking Ramirez from across the street, and shot him in the lower back. He left the area before the police arrived.

The suspected shooter of the driver, 28-year-old Efrain Villalobos, was arrested at around 1:15 p.m. in Redondo Beach on Sunday, August 3, according to a news report from ABC7.
