Five Detained After Gun Brandished Near Costco

A 911 caller has reported an unconfirmed incident at N Damen Ave & N Elston Ave.

For the units in 14th and citywide, I'm getting a person with a gun at Damon and Elston.

 It says near Costco, across the street, she can see four unknown males wearing black clothing.

 One male appears to have a gun and waving something that appears to be a sniper at her.

 They're climbing up the smoke tower on the building roof.

Police are responding to a report of a man brandishing a gun and waving it at a person near Costco. The suspect is reportedly with three other men, all of whom are climbing up the smoke tower on the building roof.
