Per KUTV San Francisco, a man and a dog were shot in this incident. The man was struck in the leg and is in stable condition. The dog was taken by animal control in an unknown condition.

   Two other people, including a police officer, had minor injuries. It's unknown from what injuries. But they declined to be taken to the hospital.
