Search for Man Who Stabbed Woman, Confronted Second Victim in Bushwick

Incident reported at Central Ave & Greene Ave.

Police are responding to a 911 caller who reported a woman was stabbed.

Officers on scene have requested an ambulance to the scene immediately.

Police are canvassing the area for the suspect. He is described as a Black man, with a long beard, and wearing dark clothing.

Police have received an updated report that the suspect possibly stabbed a second woman at 355 Central Ave, near the intersection with Linden St. The suspect reportedly fled toward Grove St.

Police have requested additional units to the area to search for the suspect.

Officers advised the second victim was not stabbed but they provided the same suspect description from the first attack.

The address reported for this incident has changed to Central Ave & Bleecker St.

The suspect was last seen heading northbound on Central Ave toward Myrtle Ave.
