Police are attempting to identify two people wanted in connection to a double stabbing outside John Adams High School in Ozone Park on Tuesday.

At about 10:30 a.m., officers responded to a 911 call of a fight that was upgraded to a person assaulted with a knife near Rockaway Boulevard and 102nd Street.

Officers found a 17-year-old boy with multiple stab wounds to the abdomen and arm and a 16-year-old boy with stab wounds to the leg and back. 

The 17-year-old was previously [reported](https://www.nbcnewyork.com/news/local/2-students-stabbed-in-fight-near-nyc-high-school-1-critically-hurt-police/3599997/) in critical condition, but as of Wednesday both victims are in stable condition, according to police.

The male suspect and a girl or woman with him fled on foot in an unknown direction after the assault.

Police are seeking to identify both individuals and have released images as the investigation continues.

Police have received an unconfirmed report of a person assaulted with a knife.

Police on scene have confirmed two people were stabbed and are requesting an ambulance.

Police advise one patient was stabbed in the upper leg and back area and the other in the stomach. Police report that the injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.

According to police, two suspects fled the scene toward 102nd Street toward Liberty Avenue.

Police advise they are shutting down 102nd St & Rockaway Blvd to Atlantic Avenue.
