Do I have any available crews with a lockout kit? 822. 822, could you start for Walmart on Glendale? We have an elderly disabled female locked out of a 2014 black Chevy Malibu. She'll be in the handicapped spot in row 8. We do have somebody waiting with her until crews get on scene. She doesn't have a phone on her. Somebody called for her. Walmart and Reynolds.
