Any Michigan unit, 415 man with a knife, Gladstone and Hubbard at the Chevron gas station. In the parking lot, suspect is a male Hispanic, maroon sweatshirt, black pants, gray backpack, carrying a knife and a white stick. Possibly male with mental illness. Code 2 incident 2512 and RD 1907.
