In the empty field is an unknown race male with a baseball cap, black hair, hair stand with dark clothing, unknown weapons, has a small fire burning. It's not lighting anything else. Our complainant is concerned and wants to make sure the fire isn't put out. There's no one for contact. 10-33. 900's looking for anyone with a drone. 9602 North Metro Parkway.
