i was right there when it happen, a black suv ran the red light and hit the white car but the white car was speeding before they approached the green light, they had come up from behind me zooming. The black suv took off after because i kept driving and a couple lights ahead, he came up speeding and ran another red light and made a left on vermont before the freeway.
